These terms apply to orders placed for Narayani Store products through narayanistore.com.

Product and price

The Narayani Sampoorna Deepawali Puja Box is currently offered at a Deepawali launch price of ₹1,100 per box, inclusive of applicable taxes and Pan-India shipping. The final payable amount changes with the quantity selected in Razorpay.

Checkout and payment

Razorpay handles quantity selection, delivery details and payment processing. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation.

Product presentation and substitutions

The website shows actual Narayani Store product presentations. Packaging may be kraft or white depending on the production batch. Natural materials and sourced puja items can have minor colour or presentation variations. If a sourced component must be substituted, it should serve the same ritual purpose and be of comparable quality.

Puja guidance

The included puja guide is provided for general assistance. Ritual practices can vary by family, community and region; where your family tradition or pandit’s guidance differs, follow the practice appropriate to you.

Dispatch and delivery

Paid orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery dates depend on destination, courier serviceability and festive logistics conditions. Unless specifically confirmed in writing, the website does not guarantee arrival by a particular festival date.

Safe use

Diyas, camphor, dhoop and agarbatti involve flame or heat. Use them with appropriate adult supervision, away from flammable materials and out of reach of children. Do not consume any item unless it is clearly intended and labelled for consumption.
