Narayani Store is operated by Gcreationz.com. This policy explains the personal information used during the Narayani Store browsing, checkout and order-support flow.
Information collected on this website
Before checkout, we collect your name and mobile/WhatsApp number so we can associate your checkout request, assist if payment is interrupted, coordinate delivery and support the order.
Razorpay checkout
Delivery, billing and payment information is collected separately inside Razorpay’s checkout environment. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or online-banking credentials.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand visits and conversion activity. We do not intentionally send your name, mobile number, delivery address or payment credentials to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
How we use your contact details
- To associate and process your order request.
- To assist if checkout or payment is interrupted.
- To coordinate dispatch, delivery and order support.
- To handle replacement or refund requests.
Promotional messages require separate consent. Starting an order does not by itself subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Sharing
Information is shared only where needed to operate the order flow, such as with Razorpay for checkout/payment and with logistics/service providers for fulfilment. We do not sell or rent your personal contact information.
Retention and requests
We keep order and support information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting and legal requirements. You can request correction or deletion of information that we are not required to retain by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use browser storage and analytics technologies to maintain checkout state, reduce duplicate conversion tracking and understand site usage. Browser controls can be used to restrict cookies or stored site data.
